With the development of high school students class selection teaching mode and the implementation of one hour sports policy after class, badminton gradually enters the campus of primary and secondary schools. How to let students master badminton technology in a limited time needs to explore effective teaching methods. In this study, the layered teaching method is applied to senior high school badminton teaching to demonstrate whether it can improve the teaching effect, and its feasibility in senior high school badminton teaching, providing theoretical and practical guidance for badminton teaching reform and innovation. This research mainly adopts the experimental method to demonstrate and analyze the application effect of stratified teaching method in high school badminton teaching. The experimental subjects were 42 students from two badminton options classes in the high school department of the high school department of Tsinghua secondary school in Beijing. The experimental classes were randomly divided into experimental classes and control classes. The experimental classes stratified teaching method, and the control class adopted traditional teaching method to carry out a16-week teaching experiment. The results show that:(1)After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the skill scores of forehand high ball, half hand high ball and half head high ball(P < 0.05).On the technical evaluation level, the total number of class A and class B in the experimental class accounts for 55%,the total number of class C and class B accounts for 45%,the total number of class A and class B in the control class accounts for 41%,and the total number of class C and class B accounts for 59%.(2)There were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the three dimensions of badminton learning negative interest, positive interest and badminton concern,P > 0.05 in the dimensions of independent inquiry and sports participation,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference.(3)There were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the factors of interpersonal relationship andsensitivity and maladjustment,P < 0.05,P > 0.05 in the factors of learning pressure, emotional imbalance and psychological imbalance. After the experiment, the students in the experimental class were divided into 1.842 and 1.976 in terms of interpersonal relationship and sensitivity and maladjustment, less than 2 points, and the average score of the five factors in the control class was between 2.00?2.99.Conclusion:(1)Both the layered teaching method and the traditional teaching method can improve the students' badminton performance, but the teaching effect of the layered teaching method is obviously better than the traditional teaching method in both badminton technical performance and technical evaluation level.(2)In senior high school badminton teaching, the use of layered teaching method is more conducive to improving students' interest in learning than the traditional teaching method, improving students' enthusiasm to participate in badminton, and enhancing students' attention to badminton.(3)Layered teaching method has a certain effect on improving students' mental health, the effect is better than the traditional teaching method, but because the experimental intervention time is short, the average score of each factor changes little, the improvement of students' mental health level is not obvious.
