In recent years,with the gradual recovery and rise of badminton in China,the crowd has been fascinated by the popularity of badminton.More and more people are participating in badminton.Especially in colleges and universities,there are many college students who like and participate in badminton.Whether it is the stadium or the badminton court of the gymnasium,the figure of the exerciser can be seen.Badminton has become one of the popular elective courses in the public sports course of colleges and universities.With the increasing learning needs of students,it has naturally promoted the exploratory reform and experimentation of badminton teaching.Under the guidance of the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities,the reform and innovation of physical education teaching methods and teaching organization is imperative.The reform of college badminton teaching methods and organizational forms is also particularly important.Therefore,this paper takes the reform of teaching methods and organizational forms of badminton elective courses as the starting point,and applies the circular practice method in the teaching of college badminton elective courses.It is hoped that it will help to improve the teaching effect and teaching quality of college badminton elective courses..This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods,and the application effect of the circular practice method in the teaching of college badminton elective courses is the research object.The students of the two badminton elective classes of the University Public Sports are the experimental subjects and the survey subjects.After a one-semester teaching experiment in the college badminton elective course,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)the physical quality of the students was significantly improved;(2)the students' high-altitude and high-altitude movements were stable.Higher sex;higher success rate of high ball;badminton footwork movement speed is significantly improved;(3)students'interest in learning has been greatly improved;(4)improved ability of students to cooperate and communicate with each other.The following suggestions are proposed for the existing problems:(1)When using the circular practice method to organize teaching,follow the step-by-step practice principle,and design the practice content of each cycle practice station reasonably for the main project,and arrange the interval time reasonably;In the teaching of other sports,the practice of circulation should be combined with the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the students,and the exercise load and intensity as well as the practice time should be arranged reasonably.(3)When using the practice method,it should be combined with the students'own characteristics and acceptance.Ability,try to start with simple and easy,stimulate interest and cultivate will.
