Research On The Application Effect Of Comprehension Teaching Method In Badminton Teaching

The growth and development of students to a certain extent is the symbol of the future development of a country,so education and training mode for students is particularly important,school sports play a great role in maintaining a healthy and good physical condition and promote the all-round development.Currently in college physical education courses,sophomores can choose the sports they want to learn according to their own interests and hobbies,which to a certain extent,is conducive to cultivating students' sports interest,but also conducive to the teaching objectives,but teaching effectiveness in reality is not satisfactory.Why students choose their favorite projects,but can not achieve the desired results,which is closely related to the teachng methods used by teachers,and the reasons for this result are also worth pondering.Therefore,this article uses a relatively new teaching method,hoping to improve the current teaching of badminton elective courses in colleges and universities to a certain extent.In this paper,we use the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment to study the four classes of the second-year badminton program in Shaanxi Normal University.Through one-semester teaching,we compare the differences in physical fitness,technical level,ability to compete,and internal motivation for learning between Teaching Games For Understanding(TGFU)and Skill Drill Technical(SDT).The reasons are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for future teaching.Through the teaching experiment,the following four conclusions are drawn:(1)Physical Quality:two kinds of teaching methods can improve the general physical fitness of students,there is no difference between the two,but the impact on the special physical fitness,TGFU shows greater advantage,indicating that TGFU can more comprehensively improve the physical fitness of students,but SDT can only improve the general physical fitness,lack of improvement on the specific physical fitness.(2)Skills Mastering:It mainly discusses the students' grasp of the Backhand net ball techniques and forehand smash techniques,and analyzes them from the three levels of technical evaluation,quality,and scoring.The two teaching methods can improve students' mastery of technical movements.There is no difference between the two,but at the level of technical quality and scores,the effect of TGFU is obviously better than that of SDT.It shows that TGFUdoes not ignore the learning of the technical movement of badminton,but only changed the methods to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching.(3)Competition Ability:In the scores of the various indicators,the experimental class had higher scores in the "return","choice","technical performance","tactical use"and "rules" indicators than the control class,and in the "tactical",there are extremely significant differences in the use of rules;in the performance of various indicators and the overall strength of the score,the experimental class is also better than the control class,indicating that TGFUcan better improve the students' badminton game ability.(4)Learning Internal Motivation:compared with the control class,the learning purpose structure of experimental class overall is more reasonable,interest in learning has greatly improved,and it shows higher satisfaction with the pedagogy,indicating that TGFU get more students' recognition and favor.Three suggestions are proposed for the above conclusions:(1)the Discipline Itself:TGFUcan effectively improve the teaching quality of badminton elective courses.It requires the development of "synergy" skills and tactics and the effect of "1+1>2".Therefore,it is suggested that TGFU should be popularized in badminton teaching in colleges and universities.(2)Students:it is important to understand that TGFU focuses on the students' main position and emphasizes the students as the center,but it is worth noting that the students should have a "degree" in the center,and excessively emphasize the student's main position,which may make the teacher's management more difficult,and thus greatly reduce the teaching quality.Therefore,it is suggested that teachers should control the "degree" of the student's main position when adopting TGFU.(3)Teachers:TGFU puts forward higher requirements for teachers.In order to use well of this method,they need to make adjustments in two ways:first,appropriately change their traditional teaching concepts and ideas,and accept grasp ideological pedagogy;Second,improve their professional qualities and comprehensive strengths.Only if the above two points can be changed,it is possible to use TGFU.
