Research On The Difficulties And Development Countermeasures Of The Training Of Football Referees In Shijingshan District Of Beijing

In 2015,with the introduction of the General Plan for the Reform and Development of China's Football,the Beijing Municipal Football Association,in order to effectively implement the requirements of the overall reform program,is constantly increasing the variety of competitions and expanding the scale and number of competitions.Football referees are an indispensable part of the game,and the development of more and better football referees means that they can play an important role in advancing the overall reform programme.Shijingshan Football Association,as a member of the Beijing Football Association,has the responsibility to train more excellent referees for Beijing and even for the whole country.Therefore,how to make our local Football Association to train more referees,is an important topic.This paper takes the football referee and referee of Shijingshan District of Beijing as the research object,adopts the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method,carries on the investigation analysis to our district referee and the referee's present situation,in order to find out the Beijing Shijingshan District football referee training predicament and the development countermeasure.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,The quality and quantity dilemmas of football referees training in Shijingshan District of Beijing are as follows: the professional structure of referees is unreasonable,the group of sports teachers' referees is insufficient;compared with other District Football Associations,the number of referees at the second and third levels of the state is insufficient;referees lack professional football experience;the selection range of referees is narrow.Second,The difficulties of football referees' training in Shijingshan District of Beijing are:the number of referees' lecturers is insufficient,the age structure is relatively large,and half of the professionals are from enterprises and institutions,which restricts the referees' guidance;the referees' targeted guidance to referees is insufficient;the way and method of referees' education and guidance to referees have disadvantages.Third,Beijing Shijingshan District Football Association's training dilemma for the referee management system is: the referee is dissatisfied with the relevant training system of Shijingshan District Football Association;the referee lacks plan guidance;Shijingshan District Football Association lacks a sound training mechanism for the referee;the referee's driving force is insufficient;there are few opportunities for business communication between the referees;the referee does not pay attention to the learning of theoretical knowledge and physical fitness Training;Shijingshan District Football Association's selection of referees is unreasonable.Fourth,through the perspective of management,find out the main causes of the difficulties in the training of football referees in Shijingshan District Football Association of Beijing: lack of basis for the decision-making committee system,lack of specific training plans for referees;incomplete organizational structure,unclear responsibilities of members,inadequate staffing;lack of a perfect reward system;the quantity and quality of the game can not meet the two levels The demand of three-level referees;the lack of effectivecommunication between the chief referee and the referees;the lack of communication opportunities between the referees;the lack of assessment system leads to the lack of supervision on the referees;the lack of publicity;the lack of modern scientific means of management.Fifth,the Beijing Shijingshan District Football Association lack of innovative consciousness,in the developed Internet era,the lack of modern scientific management platform to help the District Football Association to carry out more effective,more convenient and faster management work.
