Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Night Football In Tongzhou District,Beijing

As the capital,Beijing has attracted young people from all over the country to work hard.The city is prosperous and crowded.Tongzhou District,located in the eastern suburb of Beijing,is carrying out the construction of an urban sub center in order to give full play to Beijing’s non capital work ability.Tongzhou District undertakes the important task of reducing the population density of the main urban area and releasing the pressure of life in the city center.With the improvement of the functions of Tongzhou District,the deepening of the construction of urban sub centers and the expansion of the population,people’s demand for physical exercise is also increasing.However,most people can hardly have time to participate in physical activities during the day.As an activity of night physical exercise,night football undoubtedly provides a good choice for people to meet their own sports needs after people finish their work,Therefore,night football is not only an important part of the development of sports,but also a carrier for people to improve their sense of well-being.Taking the development status of night football in Tongzhou District of Beijing as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of night football participants,venues for activities,amateur team organizations and night football events,finds out the existing main problems of night football activities in Tongzhou District,explores the measures for the future development of night football in Tongzhou District,and gives suggestions,The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical basis for the high-level construction of Beijing Urban sub center,promoting the development of night football in Tongzhou District and helping the progress of sports in Tongzhou District.Using the methods of literature,field investigation,interview and questionnaire,this paper studies the current situation of night football in Tongzhou District,Beijing,and finds the following problems: 1.The number of venues for night football activities is insufficient,the charging standard is not standardized and the service level is low;2.The proportion of men and women in the participants is unbalanced,the youth group is less active,and there is a lack of communication mechanism among the participants;3.Amateur teams have a single source of funds,defective management system and inflexible form of organizing activities;4.The content of night football is scarce,the publicity and promotion system has not been formed,and the degree of specialization of referees is insufficient.This paper aims at the problems awesome in the current situation of football in Tongzhou District,Beijing,and puts forward the following suggestions: 1,increase the intensity of site supply and improve the opening rate of the venues.2.Give play to the leading advantages of the government and improve the night football technology and service level;3.Build a night football match system and build a multi-level League;4.Based on the current situation,expand the communication channels of night football activities;5.Improve the policy environment and strengthen the work planning for the cultivation of night football culture.
