Breaststroke is the first stroke that many beginners learn.The correct mastery of breaststroke technique can not only protect the beginners' safety in the water,but also have a positive impact on the learning of other strokes.The technique of breaststroke kick is the most complicated and difficult part in the teaching of the whole technique of breaststroke.How to improve the learning and performance of the technique has become one of the hot spots and difficult points in the teaching of swimming.At present,in practice,teachers or coaches have different understandings and understandings of the teaching practice of this movement technique,and the practice methods and means they choose are also different.Learning based on this,this study analysis the basis of the relevant scientific research training and their own teaching experience,according to discover problems,analyze and solve problems,through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,strictly follow 11-12 year old male breast stroke primary physical and mental development rule,using the theory of motor skill learning,swimming,sports education,myofascial theory and related disciplines theory and other related knowledge,the integrated use of questionnaires,literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,experimental research methods,optimize accord with 11-12-year-old man beginners learn breaststroke kick in breaststroke technology and teaching design,And through the teaching experiment to verify.30 male breaststrokers aged from 11 to 12 years old in pais swimming health club were selected as the experimental subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group.The experiment was controlled by 12 swimming lessons.The experimental group used the optimized breaststroke kicking technique and teaching philosophy to arrange the lessons,while the control group used the conventional breaststroke technique and teaching philosophy.The results show that:1.Swimming coaches did not fully analyze the problems in the teaching process,and the teaching content of breaststroke kicking was not clear enough.The training methods and means were relatively single.2.The main methods selected by the newly designed teaching scheme include:streamlined body posture on land,streamlined sliding in water,kicking on the bench,kicking without floating equipment,kicking twice for one breath,kicking and breathing on land.Section 3,after 12 teaching experiment,the experimental group 11-12 men's 50 m breaststroke in breaststroke beginners matching speed,50 m breaststroke kick speed,50 m breaststroke kick number,average 50 m breaststroke kick stroke length,50 m breaststroke kicking action frequency all have significant difference,instructions on the breaststroke lesson by means of optimization screening after practice is superior to the conventional methods of practice.4.After 12 teaching and experimental classes,the total cognitive performance of breaststroke-related techniques in primary male breaststroke-relatedtechniques in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference before and after the experiment,indicating that the theoretical cognition of breaststroke-kicking technique can improve the performance of children's primary breaststroke-related techniques.5.After 12 teaching experiments,the results of the special physical fitness of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group,indicating that the optimized teaching plan of breaststroke kicking technique had a better effect on improving the physical fitness of children breaststroke beginners than the control group.Conclusion: through the experimental intervention,the performance and cognition of breaststroke-related techniques in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.It shows that the optimized teaching concept,practice method and means of breaststroke kicking technique can effectively improve the technical performance and relevant theoretical knowledge of the 11-12 year old male swimming beginners in breaststroke kicking technique.To achieve the goal of improving the performance of breaststroke and learning the theoretical knowledge of breaststroke.
