Preschool is an important stage of individual growth and development.Good preschool education plays an important role in the overall development of children.Swimming is an important sports item to promote the healthy development of children.It has positive significance for the improvement of physical quality of preschool children and the growth and development of bones and brain.However,at present,the development of swimming for preschool children in China is relatively slow,and the contents,methods and forms of training are relatively old.In view of the adult training theory,there is a lack of certain pertinence.In view of this,on the basis of experimental research,taking freestyle and breaststroke as teaching content,this paper discusses the influence of the change of teaching sequence of swimming on the swimming effect of preschool children,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value for enriching the theory and practice of preschool children's swimming teaching and promoting the reform and innovation of swimming teaching.In this paper,24 preschoolers from Dalian Xinghai Guobao swimming club were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.The experiment was conducted for 32 classes.The experimental group received freestyle training first,then breaststroke training,and the control group received breaststroke training first,then freestyle training.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other main research methods,this paper discusses the influence of the change of swimming teaching sequence on the swimming effect of preschool children,analyzes the changes of physical quality,swimming technology and skill transfer of preschool children before and after the experiment,and explores a more suitable method for swimming training of preschool children The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical and practical reference for preschool children's swimming teaching.The specific conclusions ofthe study are as follows:(1)the change of swimming teaching sequence will not have a significant impact on the physical quality of preschool children,such as standing long jump,double foot continuous jump,walking balance beam,etc.,but the first practice of freestyle can promote the strength of children's upper limbs and waist abdominal muscles.(2)The change of stroke teaching sequence will not have a significant impact on the distance of preschool children,but the first breast stroke training is helpful for preschool children to strengthen the technical standardization,and is more conducive to the improvement of movement standardization and overall coordination.(3)The distance of swimming is longer and the effect of movement transfer is better in freestyle training for preschool children,but the change of swimming teaching sequence will not have a significant impact on the technical evaluation of backstroke.
