With the reform and innovation of the training mechanism of competitive sports talents in China,the traditional sports schools not only undertake the task of training reserve talents,but also shoulder the task of enhancing students’ physical health.The coach’s ability to teach often decides the effect of teaching.At present,the research mainly focuses on the production,development status,management system,talent training and transportation,competition and other aspects of sports traditional project schools.To the coach’s ability to teach,especially to the traditional project school basketball coach’s teaching ability is rarely studied.In order to improve the teaching quality and talent training quality education,this paper aims to lay the theoretical foundation for this article through the literature references and research results;using the method of questionnaire survey of Guangzhou traditional sports school basketball coaches were investigated;expert interviews to understand the current traditional sports coaches basketball training school status;investigation law issued two round questionnaires to the experts,the extension of the teaching ability for comments and suggestions from experts.After the revision,the expert will be found again to get the final impact factor.Considering the comprehensive requirements of the questionnaire and comprehensive,this study intends to invite experts from professional basketball,sports psychology theory,the three directions of the investigation;the method of data analysis and classification,induction,the weights of each factor on the data by statistical method to determine the classification and descriptive study with logic analysis and research on Guangzhou traditional sports school basketball coaches coaching ability,has the practical significance and research value is very important.The study finally obtained the following conclusions:(1)using the factor analysis method to 20 influence factors of Guangzhou traditional sports school basketball coaches in the ability to extract the common factor of the five dimensions,they are: special training factor,decision-making factor,knowledge structure factor,management factor,communication factor of autonomous learning.In the future,the school can be a referencefor the five aspects of training coaches.(2)special training factor in the 5 common factors of basketball coaches coaching ability of the highest degree,mainly reflected in the basketball technical and tactical training ability,training methods and means of application ability,training load ability,master of basketball to physical training ability and correct technical ability action demonstration.The coach has a high awareness of the importance of this group of factors,and should continue to maintain the awareness of the importance of special teaching ability.(3)command and decision-making factors are mainly reflected in the following aspects: fighting against competition in the competition,the ability of coach’s self psychological control,pre competition decision-making ability and the ability of judging in teaching competitions.(4)knowledge structure factors are mainly reflected in the mastery of basketball training theory,the formulation and implementation of training plans,the ability to adjust training plans,and the mastery of other sports related theoretical knowledge.(5)communication management factors are mainly reflected in cultivating students’ group cohesive power,stimulating students’ initiative in training,coaches’ weekly lead time and adjusting their training psychology.(6)the independent learning factors are mainly embodied in the ability to summarize the training competition,the innovation ability of the training methods and means,and the ability to update the training concept.
