The purpose of this study is to find out the shortcomings of the current primary school rhythmic exercise curriculum in the teaching purposes,teaching contents,teaching methods and other specific implementation methods through the implementation of the traditional primary school rhythmic exercise curriculum;to optimize and innovate the implementation of the traditional primary school rhythmic exercise curriculum based on the SPEM curriculum concept;to verify whether the optimized primary rhythmic exercise curriculum can produce better teaching effect than the traditional primary school rhythmic exercise curriculum,and to put forward some suggestions for improving the implementation of the primary rhythmic exercise curriculum.Using the method of literature and materials,this study analyzed and compared the implementation of the American SPEM course and the traditional primary school rhythmic exercise course in China,and designed the optimized primary school rhythmic exercise course according to the teaching idea of the SPEM course;Using the teaching experiment method,two classes in the third grade of Ping liang Road No.3 Primary School in Shanghai were selected as the control class and the experimental class for a three-month teaching experiment;The questionnaire survey method and actual measurement method were used to test and analyze the sports health knowledge,rhythmic skill level,sports situation interest,sports expected value and physical activity level of the two classes.By comparing and analyzing the teaching effect of the traditional primary school rhythmic exercise course and the SPEM localized rhythmic exercise course,the results showed that the SPEM localized rhythmic exercise course could promote the mastery of the students' physical health knowledge,the score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,the two classes were significantly different(P <0.05),the SPEM localized rhythmic exercise course improved the students' rhythmic exercise learning effect,and the rhythmic exercise score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference with the control class(P <0.05);the expectation of the students' expected value of the SPEM local rhythmic exercise course in the students' expected value.There was a significant difference between the two classes(P <0.05)in the dimension of internal value,but there was no significant difference between the two classes(P >0.05);the five dimensions of SPEM localized rhythmic exercise could significantly increase the students' interest in sports situation,and the difference of attention and challenge was significant(P <0.05).Based on the above The following suggestions are put forward: integrating the teaching framework,establishing a perfect curriculum plan for rhythmic exercises in primary schools;enriching the teaching objectives and contents,focusing on the organic combination of physical education and health knowledge and sports skills;changing the inherent mode of teaching methods and learning practice forms of rhythmic exercises;optimizing teaching evaluation,combining physical education with health knowledge evaluation and rhythmic exercise skills evaluation.
