SPEM course, which began in the United States,is a physical education course that systematically integrates the knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, psychology and sociology with the teaching of physical education from an interdisciplinary perspective.SPEM curriculum has achieved remarkable results in teaching experiments in many countries. It was introduced into China in 2013 and SPEM curriculum localization teaching experimental bases have been established in some primary schools in Shanghai,Chongqing,Inner Mongolia and other places. The purpose of this study is to use 5e teaching method to integrate the health knowledge of SPEM course with Wushu Sanda skills by deeply understanding the conceptual characteristics of SPEM course, establish the teaching content around students' "physical health + interest + skill + health knowledge" as the main body, and carry out the localization teaching experiment of the combination of SPEM course and Wushu Sanda course,so as to enhance students' interest in learning Wushu Sanda course. To explore healthy and scientific exercise behaviors and methods to lay the foundation for the reform and development of Wushu Sanda teaching in primary schools in the future. This study takes the third-grade students of Guanlan Primary School in Pudong New area of Shanghai as the experimental object, and carries out two modes of Wushu Sanda teaching by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. With reference to the relevant contents of the Chinese Wushu Sanda Rank Promotion Evaluation Handbook(2017 trial version),combined with the project characteristics of Wushu Sanda, the Wushu Sanda teaching content suitable for the third grade students is selected.Referring to the achievement experience of National students' physical Health(formulated in 2014)and SPEM curriculum research team, questionnaire survey, physique test and physical energy consumption test were carried out in the experimental class and the control class respectively.Through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis between groups and within groups, the following conclusions are drawn: based on the concept of SPEM curriculum, there is no significant difference in physical quality and skills between the experimental class and the control class, but the experimental class is significantly better than the control class in the overall mastery of sports health knowledge, sports expected value and the amount of medium and high intensity physical activity. In terms of situational interest in sports, especially in the indexes of attention, exploration, pleasure and novelty, the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class, but there was no significant difference in the challenge index.According to the above conclusions, some suggestions are put forward as follows: pay attention to the "spiral" organizational relationship between skills and knowledge;curriculum design should choose theteaching content that students are interested in and have a certain challenge;the selection of introduction content before class should be relevant and appropriate;according to the actual situation, specific teaching can be carried out flexibly;different levels of content should be optimized in time.
