Objective:To analyze the energy supply ratio of anaerobic system to aerobic system by comparing the energy supply characteristics of 30 seconds Single under,Double under,Triple under and Quad under of 10 high-level rope skipping male athletes in the synchronized rope skipping team of Shanghai university of sports.Calculate the energy consumption of phosphate energy supply system,glycolysis energy supply system and aerobic energy supply system,and observe the cardiovascular responses caused by four different rope skipping methods,and discuss their similarities and differences.Provide theoretical basis for rope skipping training.Method: The subjects were 10 high-level male rope jumpers from rope skipping team of Shanghai university of sports.Before participating in the experiment,the subjects fully understood the purpose and content of the experiment,informed the subjects of the possible risks in the process of the experiment,and signed an informed consent form with the subjects.This experiment is divided into three parts: body morphological index test,maximum oxygen uptake test and rope skipping field test.Among them,the test of body morphological index includes the test of height,weight and body fat rate.The rope skipping field test includes Single under,Double under,Triple under and Quad under energy metabolism test.The interval between the four kinds of rope skipping tests is 24 hours to ensure that the subjects have a full rest and recovery.Result:(1)There were significant differences in heart rate,peak oxygen uptake,blood lactic acid and RPE.The average heart rate of Triple under and Quard under was significantly higher than that of Single under(P<0.05),and that of Quard under was significantly higher than that of Double under(P<0.05).The heart rate relative value(% HRmax)of Triple under and Quard under was significantly higher than that of Single under and Double under(P<0.05).The peak oxygen uptake of Double under,Triple under and Quard under was significantly higher than that of Single under(P<0.05),and that of Quard under was significantly higher than that of Double under(P<0.05).On the highest blood lactic acid,Triple under and Quard under were significantly higher than Single under(P<0.05).On the net accumulation of blood lactic acid in 30 s exercise,the accumulation of blood lactic acid in Triple under and Quard under was significantly higher than that in Single under(P<0.05).Among the above five indexes,the value of Single under is the smallest.In terms of RPE,Quard under was significantly greater than Single under(P<0.05),Triple under and Quard under were significantly higher than Double under(P<0.05),and Double under was the smallest.(2)The total energy consumption from high to low is Quard under(81.0 ±16.26KJ),Triple under(71.9 ±13.60KJ),Double under(64.2 ±10.70KJ)and Single under(49.9 ±12.70KJ).The phosphate power supply system from high to low is Quard under(40.0 ±10.5KJ),Triple under(33.7 ±12.8KJ),Double under(29.1 ±8.0KJ)and Single under(23.4 ±6.9KJ).The glycolysis energy supply system from high to low is Quard under(27.2 ±12.4KJ),Triple under(23.4 ±8.9KJ),Double under(22.9 ±9.8KJ)and Single under(16.5 ±6.8KJ).The aerobic energy supply system from high to low is Triple under(14.8 ±2.4KJ),Quard under(13.7 ±3.7KJ),Double under(12.3 ±3.1KJ)and Single under(10.0 ±2.2KJ).(3)The prophosphate energy supply system and glycolysis energy supply system of the four rope skipping modes contributed 45.6%-50.2% and 32.2%-35.3% respectively,while the aerobic energy system contributed 16.9%-22.0%.Conclusion:(1)According to the standard of ACSM,based on the heart rate index,30 s full strength Single under,Double under Triple under and Quard under all belong to high intensity exercise,while from the point of view of oxygen uptake,Double under is close to high intensity exercise,Triple under and Quard under belong to high intensity exercise.The above four rope skipping methods can be used as HIT training methods,Among them,Double under is more suitable for promotion to the public.(2)The total energy consumption of the four forms of rope skipping is directly proportional to the difficulty of rope skipping,and the greater the difficulty,the greater the consumption.The total energy consumption from high to low is Quard under,Triple under,Double under and Single under.The proportion of four kinds of anaerobic energy supply is 78.0% to 83.0%,and all of them are mainly supplied by phosphate.
