| Campus rope skipping is a sport in the school area with "rope" as equipment,around the body movement axis for limb and rope to produce two feet off the ground,and can promote the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health,and lay a lifelong sports awareness.Jump rope project at home and abroad in recent years,the major events held successfully,skipping rope also in order across the country,and in a variety of forms into different groups,Yunnan campus rope skipping and therefore on the fast train,as an emerging sports is quickly into the wave of sports construction in Yunnan province development,the event is favored by campus groups.By sorting out the development process of campus rope skipping events in Yunnan Province in time,the five stages of "exploration and introduction,competition exchange,overall planning,competition promotion and standard adjustment",although three consecutive events have qualitative leaps,there are also some problems.This study is based on the PDCA model,literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,Yunnan province held in 2018-2020 the three campus rope skipping event management as the research object,with PDCA model as the analysis framework,to explore the reality and promote the dilemma,"planning,execution,inspection and processing",to provide optimization path and project strategy.The study conclusions are as follows:1.The audience of the competition is small.Although there are many participating units,the breadth is not enough.The single competition area is mainly concentrated in the school units in Kunming City.2.The competition group is single.The participants are mainly concentrated in the primary school students,and the higher vocational colleges and middle and high school students rarely participate in the competition.3.The organization of the event is in a single form,the opening and closing ceremonies are too simple,the participants do not evaluate the experience of the event,and the overall satisfaction of the event is general.4.Provincial functional departments have weak macro-control power,and the development planning of the event is not clear.The rope skipping professional committee has become the maker and executor of policy documents,and lacks the corresponding supervision,feedback and inspection and evaluation mechanism between the event organizers,executors and participants.Put forward the optimization path and suggestions:1.Strengthen the relevant policy documents of provincial functional departments and event management evaluation mechanism,set up clear long and short-term development goals and in text,combined with the physical education reform and physical health test standards for primary and primary and secondary school students issued corresponding policies to encourage middle and high school students and higher vocational students to actively participate in campus rope skipping.2.Actively build the competition platform,combine online and offline,popularize the development and projects of the prefecture,distinct advanced competitions,and improve the gold content of the competition and the quality of the competition.3.Strengthening the plan is the foundation,implementation is the key,inspection is the means,processing is to improve the event organization and management thinking,strengthen the construction of the event execution team and the quality and ability of the coaches,improve the communication bridge between the event organizers,event executors and participants and the system construction of supervision and feedback.4.Establish and improve the network publicity site and service platform,make full use of "intelligent data,network platform,Tik Tok,Kuaishou,public account" and other wonderful presentation and publicity reports of the event site through multiple channels and multiple forms,so as to strengthen the publicity power and influence of the event. |
