| According to the research,the participation rate of young and middle-aged in table tennis in China is relatively low,and the participants mainly among teenagers and middle-aged people.The club's service charges,the opening of the venues and the sales of related products are not in conformity with the status of table tennis in competitive sports.People's consumption behavior of table tennis is mainly participatory and physical consumption,and the awareness of sports consumption when buying tickets to watch the game on the spot is still shallow.The participation behavior intention of China's public table tennis needs to be improved.How to make the table tennis sport change from public understanding to participation is an urgent problem to be solved.Many previous studies have shown that good experience can stimulate behavioral intention,so this paper starts from the external environment to change the behavioral intention of table tennis.It is understood that the international table tennis federation(ITTF)museum built under the background of the experience economy era,is the only large-scale single-sports museum in China.It is a carrier of table tennis and cultural heritage.Its existence is to promote table tennis and to promote the world inherits the ping-pong culture and spirit.However,since the museum opened on March 31,2018,it still needs to be tested whether tourists are satisfied with the museum and whether it can play a role in promoting table tennis.Therefore,this study hopes to test the value of the ITTF museum and put forward suggestions for promoting tourists' intention to participate in table tennis by clarifying the relationship between tourists' experience,attitude and table tennis behavior intention.Based on S-O-R theory and T-R-A theory,this study takes tourism experience as the independent variable,attitude as the median variable,and table tennis behavior intention as the result variable to clarify the relationship among the three.In this study,the live visitors of the ITTF museum as the survey object.And the relationship among the visitor experience,the attitude and intention of table tennis behavior of the museum visitors as the research object.The research combined literature,interviews and other methods to design a questionnaire,and conducted field surveys and distributed questionnaires.At the beginning of the survey,100 preliminary survey questionnaires were released.And 398 formal questionnaires were distributed,365 were actually recovered.Then,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,independent sample T test,correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the questionnaire.Finally,the research results are analyzed and summarized,and relevant suggestions are put forward.The results show that: 1)Tourist experience has a significant positive impact on table tennis behavior intention,with entertainment experience having the greatest impact on table tennis behavior intention,followed by aesthetic experience,facility experience,service experience and education experience.2)Tourist experience has significant positive impact on attitude,among which entertainment experience has the largest impact on attitude,followed by facility experience,aesthetic experience andservice experience,and education experience has the least impact.3)Attitude has a significant positive influence on table tennis behavior intention,and affective attitude has a greater influence on table tennis behavior intention than cognitive attitude.4)Attitude plays a part of intermediary role in tourists' experience and table tennis behavior intention.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions of the study,the following Suggestions are summarized: 1)To improve the quality of tourists' experience and stimulate table tennis behavior intention;2)Change the idea of publicity to expand the popularity of ping expo hall;3)Adjust the thinking mode and carry out diversified activities. |
