Calisthenics is widely carried out in the elective course of physical education in many colleges and universities in China.At present,the traditional teaching and assessment model is still practiced in most universities.Although it can ensure the realization of teaching contents,it can not improve students' subjectivity in teaching activities,the enthusiasm and initiative of learning can not be fully reflected.So the new way of "training through competition" can be studied to improve the after-school exercise,physical quality,participation interest and cooperation spirit of female college students.Therefore,this article will compare the "training through competition" mode with the traditional teaching mode in the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics aerobics elective courses to carry out teaching experimental research,this paper studies and analyzes the effect of Aerobics "training by competition" on the physical and mental health of female college students.Including: 1.To improve the physical health level and body mass index of female college students by improving the amount of exercise.2.Improving the participation interest and cooperation spirit of college students in learning aerobics.3.Students' aesthetic ability of composition and composition,and the influence of promoting students' self-conscious practice after class and improving team spirit,and the reasons are analyzed.This study mainly through the literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and teaching experimental methods and other research methods.Before and after the teaching,the author makes a comparative analysis of the interest and cooperation spirit of the two groups of students in aerobics,the level of students' physical health and the level of basic aerobics skills,in the experimental group,the students' physical fitness,lung capacity and sitting forward bend were significantly improved,and their aerobics skills,interest and cooperation spirit were significantly improved.The conclusions are as follows:(1)to change teaching strategy by game training and improve the two-way communication between teachers and students in class and after class.(2)the way of competition training can improve the physical quality of female college students(3)the way of competition training can improve the basic skills of aerobics.(4)the way of promoting training by competition is helpful to improve the participation interest and cooperation spirit of college students.
