| Nowadays,with the requirements of social industrial structure and development,the requirement of cultivating highly educated production and innovative talents is becoming stronger and stronger.Especially in the era of faster and faster social modernizat ion,the increasing developm ent of new technologies such as digital media technology,artificial intelligence and virtual reality puts forward new requirements for the training of educational talents.Pay more attention to employment oriented innovat ive talents with advanced competitive consciousness,thinking and ability.In the education system,vocational education was a link that was easier to be ignored than primary and secondary schools and higher education.However,with the changes and requirements of talent training,talent output is required to give full play to the power of vocational education and increase the proportion of high skilled talents in vocational education.Firstly,based on the literature research and combined with the actual teaching,this study finds that the traditional education method has little effect on the education of secondary vocational students,especially for the computer major,which is highly operational,boring and difficult to understand the theoretical knowledge,the students’ general learning mot ivat ion and interest are not strong.However,the emergence of the concept of "promoting learning through competition" has improved this situation.This paper summarizes the documents and policies of skill competitions in the vocational field,the proposal,application f ields,majors and research perspectives of the term "promoting learning through competition and integrating competition and teaching" at home and abroad.Secondly,combined with the teaching situation of local secondary vocational colleges,this paper compiles a questionnaire for students and teachers,analyzes the understanding and applicat ion status of "promoting learning through competition and integrat ing competition and teaching" in computer major,and comes to the conclusion that this concept can improve the learning motivat ion and learning investment of computer major students to a certain extent,and teachers are willing to encourage students to part icipate in and provide technical training and guidance for students after class.Most of the teachers’ interest in teaching and learning is not fully stimulated by the idea of teaching and learning,but most of them do not play their role in promoting students’ interest in learning.Finally,based on the questionnaire survey of teachers and students,using the project-based teaching method in the concept of "promoting learning through competition" for reference,this paper optim izes the practical teaching process of computer specialty in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the effect of competition practical teaching.Including the reverse decomposition of integrating the competition cases into the classroom teaching as the total project task,changing the role of the team leader,paying attent ion to students’ exploration and collaborative learning in the classroom,and constructing a diversif ied evaluat ion system of individual in the concept of team dedication and expert evaluation.After practical teaching,combined with students’ academic performance,project completion and students’ usual performance,this paper quantifies students’ comprehensive performance,and comes to the conclusion that competition practical teaching can improve students’ learning and teachers’ teaching effect. |
