The Diagnosis And Improvement Of Employment Service Quality In A Higher Vocational College

The high quality employment cannot thrive without the high quality employment service.In other words,the quality of school employment services directly affect the quality of employment of students,and further affect the school training achievement.Based on the service quality gap model(SERVQUAL model)and the Likert scale,this paper builds the employment service quality perception evaluation scale for graduates of A higher vocational college.Combining the research methods of questionnaire surveys and field interviews,the students' evaluation of school employment service quality will be measured from five dimensions(tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy).The research results show that there are certain problems in the employment services of A higher vocational college in all five dimensions.Through analysis of the problem,this paper finds the main causes of the problems include: A higher vocational college does not pay enough attention to employment service work,there exists deviation in the concept of employment service,insufficient understanding of the importance of information and other resources,the excessive work of employment service to seek stability,and lack of innovative spirit,etc.Through the discussion of the problems and causes of the employment service management in A higher vocational college,this paper believes that A higher vocational college should take the employment guidance and service work as a work that needs systematic operation and continuous improvement.Meanwhile,this article establishes the overall idea of improving the employment service quality of A higher vocational college:realizing the importance of employment service,and constructing a full-service work mode for employment services.Also,the paper will give specific suggestions for improvement from four aspects: employment service concept and principles,employment service organization structure and teaching staff,employment service content and methods,employment management information network construction.
