| Employment is the biggest livelihood of people,and the employment of college students has always been closely watched by all fields of the society.Universities should make full use of all effective means to provide quality employment services for graduates.We Chat has the characteristics of large amount of user groups,convenient platform and easy to spread,and more and more organizations and enterprises provide information services for users through We Chat public account.Although most universities have also opened We Chat public accounts for providing employment information services,there are almost no relevant evaluation studies at present.Therefore,studying the evaluation of information service quality of college employment We Chat public accounts can not only enrich the information service quality evaluation models,but also promote colleges and universities to provide students with better employment information services in the future.This paper firstly composes the current situation of domestic and foreign researches,and summarizes the concept,role and characteristics of university employment We Chat public account;secondly,based on SERVQUAL model combined with trait factor theory and the current situation and characteristics of university employment We Chat public account,initially determines the evaluation indexes,screens the indexes after pre-research,then issues questionnaires to the users of public account to collect data,then uses principal component Then the evaluation model was revised by using the method of principal component analysis,and the weights of each index were calculated to construct the evaluation of information service quality of university employment We Chat public account with 5 primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators;then the employment We Chat public accounts of University of H was selected as the research object for empirical study,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the collected data,and the comprehensive score of its evaluation was 4.3826,which verified the index system and the applicability of the model.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and the current situation of information service of university employment We Chat public accounts,we analyze the problems of incomplete information content,imperfect service function,rough design of information service interface and form,lack of attention to the information service process,and the service effect needs to be improved,and propose corresponding countermeasures such as enriching information content,improving service function,optimizing information service interface and form,paying attention to the information service process,and improving service effect. |
