| Education is the foundation of the country.Higher education is the key to cultivate talents for the country.The quality of higher education is closely related to the quality of professional and technical personnel in Colleges and universities.At present,universities are actively attracting talents and fully developing their advantageous disciplines,and the key to attracting talents may lie in the scientific performance evaluation and incentive of universities.Performance appraisal of professional and technical personnel in Colleges and universities is an important measure to stimulate the vitality of the talent team,improve the enthusiasm and quality of work of professional and technical personnel,and also an important link in human resources management in Colleges and universities.In recent years,whether theoretical research or university practice,there are many cases to optimize the performance appraisal of professional and technical personnel,which are more or less worthy of selective reference by colleges and universities.However,at present,many colleges and universities are still subject to the traditional assessment methods,there are many areas that need to be improved urgently.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of H University's professional and technical personnel as an example.On the basis of social investigation,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods to collect information,and with the help of relevant theoretical knowledge,it analyses the current situation of performance appraisal of H University,and concludes that the main problems of performance appraisal of H University's professional and technical personnel are incomplete performance appraisal subjects,unreasonable performance appraisal indicators,unreasonable performance appraisal indicators,etc.The lack of effectiveness of performance feedback and the inadequate application of performance evaluation results,etc.At the same time,according to the actual situation of H University,combined with the goal and role of H University's performance appraisal,the focus is to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal index system by determining performance appraisal criteria and re-selecting performance appraisal indicators,and select H University's professional and technical personnel for example.According to the problems existing in the performance appraisal of H University's professional and technical personnel,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the following aspects: defining the appraisal principles,emphasizing the process appraisal,emphasizing the feedback and application of the appraisal results,creating a good cultural atmosphere in colleges and universities,improve the training mechanism,and policies.The purpose of this paper is to improve the management performance of H University and lay a solid foundation for attracting talents and the long-term development of managerial talents.At the same time,it also provides reference for human resources management of other universities in China. |
