In the end of the 21st century, our country opened the popularity advancement of the higher education. As the highest level of higher education ,the postgraduate education has to take up the dual task of cultivating high-quality personnel and developing high-tech.With the scale of the Graduate expanding rapidly ,firstly, It adapts to economic and social development in China, and secondly, It also meets the need of the national demand for education for the elite.However, in the transition from the elite education to the mass education, due to a significant increase in the number of graduate students, and postgraduate education on growth having not kept pace graduate growth,in addition to some resources not being put into good and reasonable use resulting in some troubles in the process of training of graduate students, such as arising in the course of teacher shortages, funding shortages, resource utilization being not high, the quality of down and so on, questioned the quality of postgraduate training.In this study, In view of the current status of development of graduate education, the practical needs of the rational allocation of resources and effective use of the teaching resources as well as the new requirements in the social economic, scientific, technological and cultural development which proposed to the quality of graduate education. With "performance evaluation" as the breakthrough point, We analyze the connotation of performance evaluation of postgraduate trainning , construct Support theory and build the indicator system of performance evaluation of postgraduate training adhere to the scientific development concept.We selected the two national "211" project focused on the construction of the University in Jiangsu Province Including Liberal arts, science and engineering master's graduates and Teachers work for the empirical study. The main quantitative data is collected form statistical returns, Statistical annual and Web site data and qualitative data is collected form questionnaires and interviews.And then we carry on the zero dimension to the different type's target data and use multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the training work of performance evaluation of two graduate students.Finally, we have analyzed the results of vector of a multi-level comprehensive performance evaluation and obtained evaluation results.
