The scale of running a university has been continuously expanding with the development of social economy.For colleges and universities,after the school level is improved,the relevant logistics management needs to keep up.At present,electronic information technology has been widely used in various aspects,and this technology has also greatly promoted the development of the global economy.Currently,the use of software engineering concepts is also very common.Computers,the Internet,and data governance are forming a single,cutting-edge technology platform that connects and operates efficiently.Therefore,these three also affect the logistics management of colleges and universities.According to the current situation,the key to the logistics control of many colleges and universities is the implementation of manual control.However,the efficiency is low and error-prone.This mode requires multiple steps to complete,and this process is extremely error-prone.In order to be consistent in the process of preparing reports for the financial,inventory,purchase,maintenance and other aspects of each type of data,each type of cumbersome data storage and processing is a single critical difficulty.The data efficiency of manual accounting is relatively low,the accuracy is high,and it is easy to make mistakes.The account list often does not match the actual situation.In order to reduce errors and improve efficiency,through the use of information management concepts,the use of computer technology and software engineering design ideas,the development of a university logistics standardization service management system to meet the inconvenience of the current university logistics standardization service management.This paper aims to solve the current low efficiency and error of manual mode logistics management through the design and implementation of the university logistics standardization service management system.The design system is divided into multiple management modules,such as apartment management module,maintenance management module and so on.By sharing the logistics data,users can generate various report forms according to their needs.This paper elaborates on the system requirements,overall architecture and database of the university logistics standardization service management system,and tests the whole system based on system maintenance,building management,apartment management and other functional modules.The system uses a random graph to integrate username and password protection,user passwords,save to the database using MD5 encryption operations,use three servers to build server clusters,load balance configuration,and let them share the request tasks running the web server.According to the characteristics of the logistics control data,the overall planning around “database,information management and use” has achieved the data management of logistics management,which greatly improved the efficiency of logistics management.The internal data of the system designed and implemented in this paper are consistent with the various indicators formulated in the previous period,which can fully meet the requirements of all aspects of logistics management in colleges and universities.
