Study On Colleges System Construction Of Shaanxi Province Vocational Education Groups Under The Framework Of Regional Economy

The rapid development of vocational education groups is a new mode forthe vocational education in our country after entering the new century. Since thevocational education groups can adapt to the new economic and socialdevelopment, it also provides a fast and efficient way of development forrunning school in vocational colleges. Therefore, it has caused great concern invocational education field. For Shaanxi Province, this mode will greatly promotethe combination of Shaanxi vocational education and regional economy, andprovides better services for the local economy, and promote a scientific,harmonious and rapid development for regional economy. In Shaanxi Province,there are many vocational education groups, since the vocational educationgroup is a newly emerging thing, its structure system is still not complete, andespecially those regional vocational education groups that are closely linked withthe development of regional economy need strong theoretical guidance.Based on the literature analysis and investigation, this paper gives apreliminary discussion of the system construction theory and organizationstructure of regional vocational education groups, in order to stimulate thefurther study of vocational education researchers and practitioners.The research is carried out from five parts: the first part is an introduction,mainly introduces the background, purposes and significance of Shaanxivocational education groups, proposes its research methods, contents andapproaches and etc. Based on the exposition of content, it further clarifies thecontext and frame; and analyses this paper’s innovation and insufficiency. Thesecond part is about basic concept, it defines the connotation and extension of the main concepts of the vocational education, regional economy and groupeducation involved in this paper. In the third part, it introduces the developmentof regional economy in Shaanxi Province and the relationship between thedevelopment of Shaanxi vocational education and regional economy, stresses theachievements that Shaanxi Province has achieved after carrying out vocationaleducation groups. The fourth part is about the regional vocational educationgroup system. Firstly, it introduces the basic characteristics of regionalvocational education group, elaborates the form, construction principles,construction strategy, security measures and the basic functions of regionalvocational education group. Secondly, it constructs organization and operationstructure of the regional vocational education group and defines theresponsibilities of functional departments in regional vocational education group.Finally, it puts forward objectives and requirements for the development regionaloccupation education groups. The fifth part is the empirical part, throughconcrete cases show the actual effect of vocational education group, therefore tojustify the main points proposed in the fourth part of this paper.
