The integration of production and education is the guiding ideology proposed in recent years to improve the quality of training in vocational education.The introduction of the integration of production and education has provided new ideas for solving the problem that the supply of vocational education talents does not match with the needs.Since the industrial transformation and upgrading,the modern service industries such as e-commerce,logistics,and international trade have developed rapidly,and the demand for skillful professionals major in Economy and Management is large,but there is a shortage of the supply.Secondary vocational schools mainly cultivate technical and technical talents with practical ability to serve the development of the industry.To cultivate more talents who are suitable for industrial development,we must integrate cultivation and industry.Secondary vocational schools have carried out reforms in personnel training and practical exploration,but there are still some problems.Firstly,the author clarifies the connotation of the integration of production and education and the constituent elements of talent cultivation.It lays the foundation for understanding the needs of industry and studying the status quo of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.Secondly,analyzing the industrial development data,it is concluded that the industrial transformation and upgrading has a large demand for talents major in Economy and Management.Through investigation and analysis,this thesis concludes that the company has a strong demand for integration of production and education.It is hoped that it can participate in the process of education to directly cultivate talents for the company and promote the long-term development of the company.On this basis,in order to understand the current status of personnel training in secondary vocational schools,the author conducts surveys on Economy and Management professional teachers and students of more than 50 secondary vocational schools in China in accordance with the key elements of personnel training.It was found that the Economy and Management majors in secondary vocational schools are lack of integration with the industry in the areas of professional settings,curriculum construction,teacher development and student development evaluation.Based on the above analysis,combined with the background of integration of production and education,this paper constructs a professional training model for the Economy and Management majors in the secondary vocational schools,and proposes integration strategies and implementation points for production and education from professional construction,curriculum construction,teacher construction,and student evaluation,etc.This paper takes the e-commerce professional as an example to analyze the application of this model.At the same time,it puts forward supportive strategies for implementing the policy of integration of production and education from the government,industry,enterprises,and schools,and other aspects,so as to provide meaningful reference for the training of students major in Economy and Management in vocational schools under the background of integration of production and education.
