At present,there are still some problems in the incentive mechanism for college counselors in Fujian Province.To further establish and improve the incentive mechanism for college counselors can contribute to solve the problem of insufficient balance of the team construction of counselors in the province.This paper starts from the actual situation of the incentive mechanism of private college counselors in Fujian Province,using questionnaires,interviews and literature in 8private colleges in Fujian Province.The results of the survey show that the current team of private college counselors in Fujian Province tends to be stable.The sense of professional identity is general and the incentive effect of personnel is small.Private universities in Fujian Province begin to attach great importance to the counselor incentive mechanism in optimizing personnel structure,improving their professional sense of belonging,improving their working conditions,and strengthening their job satisfaction.They also further standardize task distribution for counselors,and their working enthusiasm is motivated.Affected by some social and historicalactors,there are still some phenomena that cannot allow incentives to be carried out.The problems existing in the incentive mechanism of private college counselors in Fujian Province include less remuneration,low promotion expectations,unreasonable evaluation system,lack of training and training incentives,and low professional recognition.In order to better promote the incentive mechanism of the counselors in private colleges and universities in Fujian Province,this paper draws on the advanced experience of the implementation of incentive mechanism for successful privatecolleges and universities from Xi'an Peihua College,and proposes to establish and improve the incentive mechanism for private college counselors in Fujian Province.First,improve the welfare of counselors;second,build a platform for counselors to promote incentives;third,establish and implement a fair evaluation system;fourth,improve the incentive mechanism for training and further education;fifth,resolve the crisis of value identification.
