Development of private colleges in China, since the ninety s, China’s private colleges have shift from scale development to connotative development, while private colleges because of the lack of scientific management method and influence the improvement of the management level, which is run by the local colleges and universities is on its way to the way of connotative development present a bottleneck problem. Administrative personnel as the main body for the management of private colleges management, their roles are not organized enough attention, so this article private colleges of the administrative personnel as the research object, to deeply analyze influence private universities administrative personnel’s work enthusiasm of factors, in order to build accord with the characteristics of non-governmental university administrative personnel incentive mechanism, the private colleges to improve the scientific management level has important theoretical significance and practical value.This article through consulting a large number of literature and questionnaire survey research methods, such as the use of western incentive mechanism theory, analyzes the present situation of private universities administrative personnel incentive mechanism, proposed the construction of private universities administrative personnel to incentive mechanism should follow people-oriented, fair, competitive, timely, and the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive, and the principle of diversity, build private universities administrative personnel incentive mechanism, thinking and set about from the following aspects:building incentive oriented salary system, optimize the structure of compensation; Build system of the development of incentive mechanism, broadening the channels for development; Establish and implement dynamic post appointment system, stimulate the work enthusiasm; Establish a scientific performance appraisal system; Establish a system of training system, and constantly improve the administrative personnel overall quality; Implement emotional incentive, to emotional person, at the same time, in order to make the private universities administrative personnel incentive mechanism to get a good run, this paper also puts forward some safeguard measures.
