| College counselors are the guides and educators of ideological and political education for college students.The physical and mental health of the counselors has great guiding significance for college students to carry out their studies smoothly and establish correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.In the context of the widespread burnout of counselors in private colleges,helping counselors overcome burnout,stimulate their enthusiasm for their jobs,form a stable team,so that they can perform their duties in their own posts,do a good job in students’ ideological education and life guidance,and ensure that private colleges can efficiently teach and better serve teachers and students.Let students pursue their ideals in a stable environment and a positive academic atmosphere.This article aims at the job burnout problem of counselors in Chengdu private colleges,and analyzes the causes of job burnout of counselors in Chengdu private colleges by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey.According to the survey results,at present,the professional burnout of the Chengdu private college counselor team is serious,and the talent loss rate of counselors is high.The main reason is that the work tasks of private college counselors in Chengdu are under heavy pressure,low welfare benefits,few learning and training opportunities,and unclear career promotion.In view of the above problems,this paper starts from the actual investigation of Chengdu private universities,according to the related theories of public management,and uses the public management incentive mechanism thinking to propose a solution to solve the burnout of counselors in Chengdu private colleges.The program requires improving the professional identity of counselors,improving the welfare of counselors,improving the professional quality of counselors,establishing a scientific and fair assessment and evaluation of counselors,clarifying the promotion mechanism of counselors,and forming an incentive mechanism that combines spiritual motivation and material incentives. |
