A Study On The Present Situation Of Preschool Teachers' Professional Knowledge Learning In Their Leisure Life

Improving the professional knowledge of preschool teachers is the basis for the development of professional ability.At present,most preschool teachers do not have enough or concentrated time to study professional knowledge in their daily work,but for internal and external reasons,many preschool teachers need to study professional knowledge in leisure life.The pressure of work,study and family life makes kindergarten teachers tired.In order to understand the present situation of Fuzhou preschool teachers' professional knowledge learning in leisure life,this study used a self-designed questionnaire to investigate 478 preschool teachers in Fuzhou,and conducted targeted interviews.The analysis shows that preschool teachers generally have a positive view of leisure,preschool teachers in leisure life to carry out professional knowledge learning conditions are general,preschool teachers are more willing to carry out leisure activities directly related to daily work.Preschool teachers generally affirm the effect of professional knowledge learning in leisure life.Different marriage and family conditions,different academic qualifications,different teaching ages,different professional titles,different systems of kindergartens,different levels There are differences in the present situation of professional knowledge learning among other kindergarten teachers in their leisure life.There is a correlation among the five variables of preschool teachers' learning of professional knowledge in leisure life,such as leisure view,internal conditions,external conditions,leisure activities and effect evaluation.Combined with questionnaire data and interview data,this study summarizes the main reasons for preschool teachers to learn professional knowledge in leisure life as follows: preschool teachers' leisure life concept;There are three internal reasons: interest,hobby and specialty,the consciousness of autonomous learning and the working efficiency of kindergarten teachers,including the learning resources provided by kindergarten,the leisure atmosphere of kindergarten teachers,and the arrangement of kindergarten learning activities.And kindergarten teachers' understanding of learning effect.Finally,combined with the analysis of the current situation and causes of the investigation,this study discusses from the internal and external levels.Among them,there are three aspects: establishing the concept of leisure life combining work and rest,reasonably planning the time of leisure life and enriching the content of leisure activities.At the external level,there are mainly three aspects: the support and understanding of the family,the kindergarten and the parents of children should reduce the occupation of the leisure time of kindergarten teachers as much as possible,and the government should focus on improving the welfare and treatment of kindergarten teachers.
