Investigation And Research On The Leisure Life Of Elementary School Teachers

With the rapid development of social science and technology information,artificial intelligence is widely used in many industries,bringing comfort and convenience to people,which have more time to enjoy leisure life,and more enthusiastic to work and study.But for elementary school teachers,parents,schools,and society put higher demands on them and more pressure.How to relieve teachers' work pressure,improve their professional happiness and satisfaction,so that they can take a more positive attitude to the teaching.The author believes that the quality of leisure life of primary school teachers is extremely important for relieving teachers' sense of job burnout and work stress.It is an inexhaustible source of sustainable development for primary school teachers.Therefore,this study takes the leisure life of primary school teachers as the research object.Firstly,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Habermas' s theory of life world and leisure education theory,and combined with relevant life indicators,this paper attempts to construct the evaluation criteria of primary school teachers' leisure life life in terms of quantity and quality aspects.Mainly including leisure time,leisure concept,leisure facilities and economic foundation.Secondly,through the questionnaires and teachers interviews ofprimary school teachers' leisure life,the basic situation,leisure time,leisure cognition,leisure activities and consumption of leisure cultural life are investigated in five aspects,and the following problems are found.There are deviations in leisure cognition,uncoordinated leisure activities,lack of leisure facilities resources,difficulty in ensuring leisure time,and low leisure life satisfaction.The main factors affecting the quality of leisure life of primary school teachers are primary school teachers themselves,schools,families and society.Among them,the primary school teachers' own factors include teachers' hobbies,leisure awareness,self-cultural literacy,and personality psychology.School factors include a large number of institutional training,lack of teachers,limited leisure facilities,and lack of leisure atmosphere.Social factors include exam-oriented education and economic conditions.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the leisure life of primary school teachers,based on relevant theories and comprehensive research results,the author puts forward specific feasible countermeasures and suggestions,which include: leisure life guarantee for teachers,enriching leisure life style,and improving teachers' own cultural literacy.Among them,the leisure life support of teachers includes: improving the leisure facilities resources,improving the salary of primary school teachers and ensuring the leisure time of primary school teachers.Rich leisure lifestylesincludes:establishing a correct concept of leisure life,enriching recreational activities,carrying out a variety of communication activities and developing leisure school-based curriculum.To improve the primary school teachers' own cultural literacy includes: to cultivate a wide range of interests,expand the scope of reading and pay attention to self-reflection.
