A Study On The Countermeasures And Present Situation Of College Students' Running League Development In Fuzhou City

College students have gradually become one of the most active running organizations in China.It is a platform for college students to participate in physical exercise and quality development,and is also an important part of community sports clubs in China.I have been engaged in the practice survey of the current situation of the development of college students in recent years,and on the basis of consulting a large amount of relevant literature,the study of eight college students in Fuzhou City,using the literature method,interview method,field trip method,questionnaire Research methods such as investigation method,comparative method and mathematical statistics method are used to analyze the development status and existing problems of college students in Fuzhou City,and provide corresponding strategies for the development of college students.It aims to provide a certain value reference for promoting the healthy development of college students..The specific research results are as follows:(1)Status of student participation: As the grade level rises,the degree of participation in the group is reduced step by step,the proportion of girls is higher than that of boys,and the members achieve a general goal of joining the group.(2)Status of human resources: Managers and instructors lack relevant qualifications,lack of professionalism of activities,lack of security teams,and difficulty meeting the needs of members.(3)Status of venue facilities: The venue facilities required for running colleges in Fuzhou are relatively complete,but the required sports equipment resources are relatively scarce.(4)Status quo of system construction: The construction of the running group system in Fuzhou City is relatively loose,the rules and regulations are not perfect,the management rights and responsibilities are chaotic,the source of funds is single,the transparency of fund use is low,and it is necessary to strengthen supervision and management.(5)Status of implementation of activity organization: Fuzhou city college students run a variety of service groups,and the school-running group activities are rich,but the propaganda channel is single,the propaganda is low,and the school does not pay enough attention..(6)Compared with the outstanding college students running outside the province,the Fuzhou City University running group functions are more perfect,the networking activities are more abundant,but the management mechanism is relatively imperfect..(7)The main factors restricting the development of college students in Fuzhou are: imperfect management,insufficient funds,lack of attention from schools,and loose system construction.(8)According to the above research results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of college students' running group: constructing the vertical management system of running group,perfecting the charter of running group,strengthening the management of running group funds,giving policy support to schools,optimizing human resources,and establishing a safety plan mechanism.
