Study On The Optimization Of The Development Mode Of The Folk Running Group In China

Since 2014,marathon events in China have witnessed a blowout development,and the folk running groups have also developed rapidly with the popularity of marathon events.With the rapid development of folk running groups,there are also shortcomings in the development.The Chinese Athletic Association has issued "China Marathon Club Management and League Organization Plan(Trial)" to guide the professional development of some folk running groups.However,limited by objective conditions,this plan has not been implemented yet.The author makes a deep study on the optimization of the development mode of the folk race group in China.This paper takes China’s folk running group as the research object,taking Nanjing Yue running group as an example,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method.Analyzing the development status of China’s folk running groups from the macro level,the current development scale of China’s folk running groups is large,and the registration types can be divided into sports social organizations,private non-enterprise units,enterprise units and unregistered four types,the unregistered sports leagues account for about 76%.With the help of public sports venues,China’s folk running groups have carried out a variety of sports activities,actively participated in various marathons,and made great contributions to the cause of national fitness.The author also takes Nanjing Yue Run Group as an example to analyze the development situation of Nanjing Yue Run Group in detail.Nanjing Yue Run Group is a young running group with great development potential in Nanjing area.It has not been registered yet,with a large number of young members,rich daily activities and strong competitive ability.It is not difficult to find from the current situation of the development of China’s folk running groups and the general situation of the development of Nanjing Yue running group that the development of China’s folk running groups is generally low registration rate,the management mechanism is not perfect,the lack of stable funding sources and other deficiencies.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation and the lack of development of China’s folk running groups.On the basis of the combination of literature review and the interview results of relevant experts,sums up the development of our country folk running groups,depending on the type of registered Chinese folk running groups development mode can be divided into three kinds,respectively is affiliated government development mode,commercial operation mode and liberalization development model,Each development model has its advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,fully consult and understand the "China Marathon Club Management and League Organization Plan(Trial)" plan,This plan is intended to guide the professional development of China’s folk running groups,but the trial plan has not been implemented.Therefore,the author combines the deficiency of the current development model and policy orientation,It is suggested that the semi-professional refereeing system of Chinese Men’s Professional Basketball League(CBA)should be used for reference to guide qualified folk basketball teams to explore the semi-professional development.Taking Nanjing Yue Basketball Team as an example,specific countermeasures are put forward:established Nanjing Yue Run Group Operation Company,development Sponsorship Value,market operating Over100 km relay race,cooperate with universities to train reserve talents,improve the management mechanism...
