Table tennis is the national ball of our country,ping-pong Olympic athletes have made great contributions to the sports cause of our country many times.Table tennis is a kind of antagonistic sports with high technical requirements. It has the characteristics of strong rotation, high speed, great strength and difficult falling point.Especially in recent years, with the research of training methods becoming more and more systematic,deep-going and scientific,ping-pong technology has been greatly innovated and perfected. However, compared with the training methods, the study of athletes' competition psychology is rather thin.In order to promote the development of table tennis, several important reforms have been made in recent years, such as "38mm small ball to 40 + mm","21% to 11%","non-blocking serve" and "Inorganic glue modified by organic glue".In particular, after the ball becomes large, the speed of the ball is slow, the rotation is weakened, and the athletes need to consume more physical performance;and some athletes lack the experience of the game, the psychological quality is not good, the reputation of the opponent is taboo, the pressure from the coach or the family society is too large, and they tend to have anxiety And the influence of the competition can not play an original competitive level well. Therefore,if an athlete can take a positive and correct response before the competition, not only can the level of anxiety be reduced, but also the performance of the competition can be effectively improved.Based on this, this study mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey, literature analysis and data statistics to study the relationship between pre-competition anxiety, coping style and competition achievement of college table tennis players.Combined with the questionnaire-2(CSAI-2)and the Chinese athlete coping scale(CSQ),this paper analyzed the relationship between competition state anxiety questionnaire-2 and Chinese athletes coping scale. In 2018,all the male and female team members of the Table Tennis Association of Fujian Province were selected from freshmen to seniors. The results are as follows:(1)The female athletes of the college students are more anxious than the male athletes, and the coping style of the male athletes is better than that of the female athletes, which is related to the psychological, physiological and character of the male and female athletes.(2)the coping style of high-level athletes is better than that of ordinary athletes, and the average anxiety of ordinary athletes is higher than that of high-level athletes.(3)the higher the sports grade, the lower the level of cognitive anxiety and somatic state anxiety, and there is significant difference in coping style among the athletes of different grades.(4)there are significant differences in pre-competition anxiety level and coping style between college students with different training years of ping-pong.(5)the anxiety level of the straight-beat athletes is a little higher than that of the horizontal racers before the competition, and the coping style of the horizontal racers is a little better than that of the horizontal racers, but there is no significant difference between them.(6)competition score and state self-confidence,concentrated treatment of emotional coping,problem-solving coping and transcendental coping showed moderate positive correlation, and moderate negative correlation with cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and avoidance coping; There was a highly positive correlation between overstepping and coping.(7)self-confidence in state, focus on dealing with emotional coping,problem-solving and transcendental coping can predict competition performance positively, cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and avoidance coping can predict competition performance in reverse.
