Research On The Test Questions Of Physics With Low Validity In College Entrance Examination

By constructing the validity theory of test questions,this research analyses the test questions of Physics with low validity in College Entrance Examination,and makes an empirical study by using verbal protocol method to explore the causes of low validity in test questions.On this basis,the paper proposed several improved methods.It is hoped that this study can enhance the influence of external evaluation in College Entrance Examination,in order to promoting the quality of propositions indirectly.Methods and main conclusions of the paper are as follows.Through literature research,the validity evidence of the test questions is constructed.It includes evidence based on question content,evidence based on reaction processes,evidence based on structure of questions,evidence based on criterion and evidence based on consequences of questions.According to the theory of validity of test questions,this paper discusses several reasons of producing low valid by taking Physics examination questions of College Entrance Examination as a Case.It includes inappropriate proposition,inappropriate background material,inappropriate expression,improper choice of Question Type,inappropriate reference answer and scientific error.Analysis the validity of test questions based on response process by verbal protocol method,and points out that “too difficult choice questions will improve the candidates' guessing rate and reduce the validity of the questions”.The problem of high guessing in difficult choice questions can be solved effectively by using SOLO Theory to set confused items at different levels.It helps you to improve the validity of the choice questions.The methods to improve the validity of the test questions are put forward,including optimizing structural,elaborate preparation of test questions and pay attention to the analysis after test.And then analyses the methods of compiling test questions how to improve the validity of the test questions.
