At present,with the rapid development of society and the increasingly complex social environment,children in the school are facing many problems.In recent years,the negative impact of school weariness on children has attracted great attention from the government,society and academia.The problem of children's weariness not only hinders their own learning and healthy development,but also brings great difficulties to school education.More importantly,the aggravation of learning burnout will lead to a series of school-weary behaviors,such as truancy,fighting and stealing,which will bring adverse effects and consequences to families and society.It seriously affects the healthy growth of minors.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of children's weariness of learning,and social work methods have become one of the important ways to solve the problem of children's weariness of learning.In this study,the student H of Affiliated Primary School of Nanjing Normal University(Xianhe Gate Branch)was selected as the case of study object.The problem of students' learning weariness was assessed and analyzed by interviews and observation methods.It was found that the client himself was seriously lack of learning motivation and good learning habits.According to the client's situation,this study uses motivational interviews to help the client discover learning motivation and strengthen it,so that the case owner can realize the importance of changing the status of weariness of learning to himself,enhance the confidence and self-affirmation of the case owner,and discuss with the client to formulate learning plans,cultivate good learning habits,and ultimately change the status of weariness of the case owner.
