Since the 1980 s,Shenzhen,as the first window of China's reform and opening-up,has poured into large-scale migrant workers.In order to enhance the sense of identity and belonging of the migrant population to Shenzhen,Shenzhen unified "migrant workers" called "to Shenzhen builders." Compared with the initial stage of reform and opening-up,the current flow mode of deep builders has undergone a change from "single going out" in the past atomic type to "going out with husband and wife" to "family migration".This "family migration" of the flow of the corresponding derived large-scale children of deep builders.In recent years,the education of the children of the builders in Shenzhen has become a lot of scholars.The focus of attention,many scholars through the investigation found that some of the children of deep builders have a certain degree of school-weariness.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of the children of the builders and the professional theory and method of social work,the author discusses how to improve the problem of school-weary behavior of the children of the builders from the perspective of social work.And try to put forward more feasible strategies and methods to correct the problem of children's school-weariness by social work practice.Based on the social learning theory,and the superiority perspective theory,this study selected the children of the F community in Longgang District of Shenzhen City as the research object,and based on the social learning theory,the group dynamics theory and the advantage perspective theory.According to the results of the investigation,group work method was used to get involved in the problem of school-weariness behavior of the children of builders.First of all,using the questionnaire method to obtain the objective F community to construct the children of the current situation of school-weariness,and according to the results of data analysis of some of the children with different degrees of learning-weary behavior problems of the children of the construction of semi-structural interview.It is found that the factors causing children's school-weariness behavior include personal factors,family factors,school factors,and so on.The improvement of children's study-aversion behavior has significant effect,and the goal of group work isbasically achieved.Finally,the whole research process is summarized and reflected,respectively from the group work to deep construction of the children of the practical path of school-weariness,practical results are summarized;According to the practical process,this paper reviews the application of the group work in the problem of the children of the deep builders and the professional ability of the social workers,and hopes that it can be used for reference to the scholars' research in the future.
