| Since the reform and opening up,the urbanization rate has gradually increased,the population mobility between cities in China has intensified,and more and more workers go out to work in order to obtain higher income.Their children were forced to stay at home and became left behind children.Due to the long-term separation of parents and children,left behind children are more likely to have mental and behavioral problems because they lack the care of parents and the correct guidance on the ideological level.Especially in school,left behind children do not learn well in school and lack parental supervision and guidance at home,which leads to the problem of school weariness.Their weariness not only affects their personal growth,but also affects the harmony and stability of their families,schools and society.Therefore,the problem of school weariness of left behind children has aroused widespread concern in academia and society.The solution to the problem of school weariness of left behind children requires the joint participation of various forces.As a professional helping activity,social work can play an active role in solving students’ weariness of learning.This research adopts the method of social work case intervention,and takes X left behind children in J School in C City of Jilin Province as the case service object to intervene the problem of school weariness.Through observation and interview,we learned that X lacks control,has unclear knowledge of learning,lacks parental care and supervision,lacks effective supervision and peer group support at school,and is affected by poor social cognition,which leads to X’s weariness.X is guided to correctly understand learning and correct learning attitude through rational emotional therapy.Structural family therapy was used to improve X’s family relations.It helps X build a social support network to form a family social education system.Through the positive interaction with the case master,his parents,teachers and classmates,after the social work intervention of the case has been carried out for many times,the negative attitude of the case master towards learning has been gradually reversed,and good learning habits have been cultivated,so as to establish the study self-confidence of the case master,enhance the learning motivation and learning ability of the case master,and then alleviate the problem of the case master’s weariness of learning.Social workers believe that the key to solving the problem of school weariness of left behind children is to make left behind children have a correct understanding of learning,realize the function of family education,and obtain support from social networks around left behind children. |
