Promote to build the education action of “The Belt and Road” clearly put forward “primary and secondary schools will to……strengthen the adolescents' understanding of different countries' cultures”.The cultivation of students' sense of international understanding has become an important content of the urgent need of national education.So far from the B&R strategy construction,Xinjiang has exposed many problems,such as the weak international competitiveness in economic development,and also lack of transnational management personnel etc.…The consciousness of primary school students in Xinjiang is in the key period of development,and it is necessary guide the development of the sense of international understanding.And Urumqi is in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt,which has the need to give full play to the advantage of location and push forward the strategic development.The more open the world is,the more we need to strengthen national identity education.Through the understanding of the sense of international understanding,we can see how pupils cognize and understand the motherland in the development of the world.The content of the study is mainly to investigate and analyze the four dimensions of Urumqi's primary school students' sense of openness,civic awareness,awareness of international identity of the country,and awareness of international understanding.The research and analysis framework is mainly about the difference of grade,gender,nationality,birthplace and Internet time of pupils in Urumqi.The results show that: first,the overall level of Urumqi's pupils' understanding of the world is relatively high,and there is little difference in the average scores of all dimensions of international understanding.Among them,the development level of primary school students in the sense of civic citizenship and international awareness of their own is relatively high,and their level of development in the sense of openness and international understanding is relatively low.Second,different grades of pupils in Urumqi had significant differences in the sense of international understanding;there were significant differences in the level of international understanding among pupils of different genders,nationalities and birthplaces.The length of Internet time used by primary school students in Urumqi is positively related to the level of international understanding.Third,In the actively promote the education action of “The Belt and Road”,the teaching action of teachers,the concern of schools and the guidance of the government all have great influence in the development of the primary' sense of international understanding.According to the above conclusion,to enhancement of primary school students in Urumqi city in the development of international understanding the B&R education action,we should pay attention to the development concept of international understanding,it attaches importance to the status of pupils in the B&R education action,and enhance the sense of national identity.To strengthen the goal guidance of the development of international understanding,we can formulate specific objectives,carry out tasks,strengthen the overall management of research and tourism work.And enrich the training way of the development of international understanding.
