Throughout junior high school,students are less enthusiastic about learning geography and pay less attention to geography.But at the second-year junior high this stage,students will be in the geographic level of completion of the test,it is to the student's geography study have a higher request,the geography study challenging also increases accordingly,which leads to many students lose confidence easily,poor academic performance,a large number of studies have shown that it is associated with learning self-efficacy.Through consulting and analyzing domestic and foreign literature about self-efficacy,released by the ministry of education "compulsory education geography curriculum standards"(2011)as a guide,combined with the junior middle school students in geography at the study of the subject's characteristics,adapting a table about the students in junior middle school geography learning self-efficacy scale and through this table of 252 and early 74 middle school in Urumqi to research students.The results of this study on the level of self-efficacy of the students in junior high school can be seen that the overall level of the study is still at a moderate level.The geography of gender and junior high school students learning self-efficacy overall no difference,but the geographic learning self-efficacy subscales geographical differences of control,female students is better than that of male students;There are obvious differences between the sense of self-efficacy and the level of achievement.There are also obvious differences between the self-efficacy of geography learning and the class.Based on the above research results,the Urumqi 74 the second-year junior high students to have a research on geography learning self-efficacy training experiment,through targeted training strategy,the implementation of the experimental class achieved significant effect.The result of the experiment can be obtained: the effectiveness of the strategy of self-efficacy training for students in junior high school.According to the experimental results,the factors that can influence the self-efficacy of students in junior middle school can be improved through the following aspects: set reasonable goals;create a situation and experience success;set an example by using alternative experience;experience a variety of learning styles;cultivate geographic practice;create a good class atmosphere;establish a positive evaluation system. |
