Research On The Parenting Concept Of Chinese Parents In Korea Under The Multicultural Background

The process of education and bringing up children is to transmit culture to children,in which parents play a crucial role in children's cultural choice.People living in different societies are different because they accept different cultures.Under the multicultural background,the children of Chinese in South Korea grow up and receive different cultural edification.As the spiritual strength and psychological support of parents' educational behavior,parenting concept affects the quality of family education and the creation of family atmosphere.Scientific parenting concepts can help parents give their children more positive energy in their daily lives.With the number of Chinese families and multicultural families living in South Korea,it is conducive to discussing the parenting concept of Chinese parents in South Korea to solve their parenting confusion and help parents provide healthy and diversified growing environment for children in a more complex cultural environment.Taking 52 Chinese parents in Korea as research examples,this paper takes researchers as the main research tool,and adopts interview method which is supplemented by text analysis to carry out research.This paper describes the Chinese parents in Korea in the view of children,parent-child view,talent view,education view of four aspects of parenting concept performance,which discusses the main factors affecting the formation of parenting concept.The study found that parents' awareness of respecting children's independence has been basically formed,which can create a relaxed and pleasant family environment in life.Compared with the learning of children's knowledge,the group of parents pays more attention to the cultivation of children's global vision.They believe that excellent personal morality and strong will are more important than excellent academic performance.The main factors influencing the change of parents' conception of child-rearing are that the society advocates multiculturalism and the social atmosphere is tolerant.Second,in the process of parents' cultural environment transfer,the change of living environment makes them pay more attention to the adaptation and learning of new environment and new knowledge.The enlightenment of the study is that in the face of the challenge brought by cultural value conflict,the role of family in cultural inheritance should be brought into play.We should enrich the knowledge of family education and teach by example and speech in the practice of child-rearing.
