New kindergarten teachers' issue focus can reflect the real needs and dilemmas of new teachers in their work.This study uses a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research to explore the relationship between new teachers' issue focus and career adaptation.First of all,explore the current situation of new teachers' issue focus and career adaptation.Through the measurement of reliability and validity,it has been revised into the "Kindergarten New Teachers' Concern Questionnaire" and "Kindergarten New Teachers' Occupation Adaptation Questionnaire" in this study to investigate the current situation of new teachers' issue focus and occupational adaptation,Using SPSS software to do correlation analysis and regression analysis on problem concern and career adaptation,to explore relationship between both sides.Secondly,it analyzes and discusses the problems and the status of vocational adaptation and the differences in demographic variables.Based on the impact of problem focus on vocational adaptation,from the perspective of problem focus,put forward suggestions to promote the professional adaptation of new teachers in kindergartens.The study reached the following conclusions:1.The core of new kindergarten teachers' issue focus is the dimension of "teaching children's issue focus";2.The best job adaptation for kindergarten teachers is the "working environment adaptation" dimension;3.The issue focus of new kindergarten teachers is related to demographic variables.There are significant differences in age variables,marriage variables,teaching age variables,education variables,kindergarten nature variables,and establishment variables,and there are no significant differences in salary benefits variables;4.The occupational adaptation of new teachers in kindergartens is related to demographic variables.There are significant differences in age variables,marriage variables,teaching age variables,education variables,salary benefits variables,and thereare no significant differences in the nature and establishment variables of the park;5.New kindergarten teachers' issue focus have a significant impact on career adaptation.Teaching children's issue focus is most closely related to professional adaptation;colleagues' relationship concerns,management policy concerns and working environment concerns are the closest;self-survival and development concerns are most closely related to professional competence;teaching children's concerns are most closely related to professional competence.Finally,based on the findings of this study,several suggestions are made to kindergarten management and new kindergarten teachers.Kindergarten management should provide personalized support for new teachers,and provide spiritual and material support based on understanding the actual needs of new teachers.In addition,management should also help new teachers promote their awareness of independent development,strive to build a "people-oriented" management system,focusing on cultivating new teachers' education and teaching capabilities,and establishing new teacher growth files.New teachers should pave the way for independent development,formulate development plans on the basis of facing themselves,and increase professional developing knowledge accumulation.New teachers should correctly treat interpersonal relationships at work,construct interpersonal cognition,regulate interpersonal emotions,build a learning community,and generate a diverse cooperation model.
