A Study On The Policy Of The Master's Degree Of Education For Rural School

Ministry of Education actualized the policy of the Master Degree's of Education for Rural School in 2004 year. During the four years, the policy has been actively effected on the construction of the team of rural teachers, but it has difficulty in enrollment, outlay and employment etc. So it is urgent to study and rebuild the policy system.Besides the introduction, the thesis includes three chapters. The introduction is cited theory on the background and purpose of the present study. Chapterâ… mainly summarizes the theories and conceptions of the policy analysis that are related to the thesis. Chapter II analyzes the key problems of the policy, for example, mal-positioning of the policy problem, uncertainty of the policy target and weakness of the policy execution etc. Chapter III mainly presents several suggestions for the improvement of this policy, for example, reconstitution of the policy problem, revision of the policy targets and reinforcement of the policy execution etc. Finally, the thesis sets up a policy scheme according to the state quo of Jiangxi Province.
