| With the rapid development of economic globalization,information technology and network,the exchanges between countries have become increasingly close,which not only promotes political,economic and cultural exchanges among countries,but also creates centrifugal force for national identity.Therefore,the development of national identity education has become an important direction of the party and country work.In addition,Chinese textbooks are characterized by the combination of instrumental and humanistic features,and the primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education conforms to the trend of national identity education in the new era.Based on this,it is of great theoretical significance and practical significance to discuss the content of national identity education in the primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education.The national identity education mainly refers to the activities of purposeful and conscious cultivation of students' identity,pride and sense of belonging to their own country.Its main contents include political identity,cultural identity,historical identity,geographical identity and identity.It is an effective way to promote and enhance students' national identity.Based on this,this paper,based on the analysis of the existing domestic and foreign literature,uses the content analysis method to explore the content of national identity education in the primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education from five dimensions of political identity,cultural identity,historical identity,geographical identity and identity.It is found that among the text system and column system of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,173 virginal systems contain national identity education content,and the frequency of its occurrence is 376 times in total.The primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education play an important role in cultivating students' national identity with four outstanding characteristics.First,the content of national identity education in a Chinese textbook for primary schools is highly integrated and covers a wide range.Second,the content of national identity education is relatively substantial,especially emphasizing cultural identity.Third,it is beneficial to cultivate students' sense of national identity and enhance national cohesion.Fourth,it highlights the purpose and requirements of the curriculum standards of Chinese language subject aimed at cultivating students' sense of national identity.Therefore,in order to promote the national identity of primary school students better,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the revision and adaptation of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education and teachers' teaching.In the revision and adaptation of Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,first,the content of national identity education since the new century should be added appropriately in textbooks.Second,the balance and continuity of national identity education in all grades should be noticed.Third,the complementarity between the content of national identity education and other subjects in the primary Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education for primary schools should be emphasized.In the use of Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,teachers should make rational use of national identity education resources in textbooks firstly,teachers should appropriately supplement the educational content of political identity,historical identity,geographical identity and identity secondly,and teachers should pay attention to the improvement of their national identity quality thirdly. |
