"5E" teaching mode is based on the teaching mode of concept teaching and inquiry teaching,and the learning mode can be independent inquiry or group cooperation inquiry,it can help to achieve the teaching goal under the curriculum standard."5E" teaching mode is divided into five parts: attraction,exploration,interpretation,transfer and evaluation.In China,scholars' research on "5E" teaching practice mainly focuses on the high school stage,therefore,this paper intends to put the "5E" teaching model in junior high school biology teaching practice research.Under the guidance of the biology curriculum standard at the compulsory education stage,the author combined the characteristics of the "5E" teaching model and the junior middle school biology teaching content,designed teaching cases,and through one semester teaching practice,to evaluate the influence of "5E" teaching mode on the biology academic achievement,biology subject ability and learning attitude of junior middle school students,so as to provide some teaching reference for junior middle school teaching in the future.This article divides into five parts to carry on the practice research.The first part,through the literature research method,determines the research background,the research goal and the research significance,as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation.The second part shows the theoretical basis of the "5E" teaching model,including the basic connotation of the five links,links in the classroom teaching strategies,and promote the development of the model.In the third part,according to the characteristics of "5E" teaching model,the suitable teaching contents are selected,and the teaching contents are divided into the experimental class,the observation class and the data analysis class,and presents three teaching cases.The fourth part is the practical research part.Two classes with similar grades,interests,abilities and class styles wereselected as the experimental objects.One class was given the "5E" teaching model,and the other class was given the regular teaching according to the Grade Group,other factors remained the same,at last,the author evaluated the students' academic achievement by the grade unified examination paper,the biology subject ability test paper which was designed by the author,and the students' interest and attitude in learning under the "5E" teaching mode.The fifth part is the research conclusion and the research reflection.The study concludes that "5E" teaching mode can promote the achievement of biology,the ability of biology subject,especially the ability of practice and application,the ability of transfer and innovation,and the attitude of biology study.
