Novel is a literary genre in junior middle school Chinese textbooks,and novel teaching has always been the focus and difficulty of senior middle school Chinese teaching.In today's "big Chinese" era,compared with before,Chinese teaching attaches more importance to the improvement and cultivation of students' Chinese literacy.According to the requirements of compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard(2011 Edition)for students in junior high school,we can see that in junior high school novel teaching,we should pay attention to guiding students to experience the characters through the artistic conception created by the author in the novel,so as to grasp the connotation of the novel.Because the novel has the characteristics of various characters,complex plot and typical environment,which increases the difficulty of teaching novels by teachers,students also encounter difficulties in the process of in-depth understanding of novels,resulting in the final teaching effect is not very optimistic,and situational teaching method is a teaching method suitable for novel teaching.In the application of situational teaching method in the teaching process,teachers have a purpose to create situations.Students can understand the text,the characters and the theme of the novel by experiencing these situations.By summarizing the novel and situational teaching method,this paper shows that the characteristics of the novel and situational teaching method are related.The author also systematically combs the selected texts of the novels in the junior middle school Chinese textbook,and discusses that the situational teaching method fits the junior middle school novel teaching and can be effective in combination with the requirements of the curriculum standard of the novels in the junior middle school and the characteristics of the selected texts of the novels in the junior middle school Chinese textbook Enhance the effect of junior high school novel teaching.In the process of situational creation,teachers need to follow the implementation principle of situational teaching method in junior high school novel teaching.On the premise of following the principle,teachers use a variety of creation methods to create situations,mainly in the form of life,object,picture,music,performance and language.After the creation of the situation,it enters into the introduction of the situation.The paper discusses the application of the situation teaching method in practice,and enumerates a large number of teaching cases for demonstration.Finally,through the application of the situation teaching method in the novel teaching,students can experience the plot of the story,feel the character image,grasp the theme of the novel,and get the sublimation of emotion.With more and more educators' research on situational teaching method,the application of situational teaching method in practice is more and more extensive.However,in junior high school,the research results of novel teaching are not very perfect.Under the background of "big Chinese" era,Chinese subject pays more attention to the knowledge construction and emotional understanding of students.Situational teaching method meets the requirements of the times and can meet the requirements of the times Through this study,we hope to provide practical strategy reference for the efficient operation of junior high school novels.
