Writing teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in junior high school.The writing level of students is also an important criterion for measuring the quality of students' Chinese language.However,for the composition teaching in rural junior high school,due to the influence of teaching concept,teaching environment and teacher's teaching quality,the writing level of students is relatively backward.It is necessary to not only improve the attention of Chinese teachers in composition teaching,but also Pay attention to the scientific choice and application of teaching methods.This paper takes the application of situational teaching method in rural junior middle school composition teaching as the research perspective,expounds the research status of the application of situational teaching method in composition teaching,and clarifies the theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility of applying situational teaching method in composition teaching.Then,with the help of questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the application of situational teaching method in rural junior high school composition teaching,and clarifies the problems existing in the application of situational teaching method in rural junior middle school composition teaching,and analyzes the situational teaching method in rural junior high school.The cause of the application of composition teaching is the effective application strategy of situational teaching method in rural composition teaching.Through the research,it is found that the situational teaching method has significant teaching application value and promotion effect in rural composition teaching.However,the use of situational teaching method by rural junior middle school teachers still has four problems: First,teachers and students have low cognitive level and poor adaptability.Second,the frequency of teachers' use is low,and the depth of development is not enough.Third,the teacher's situation creation method and application method are relatively simple;fourth,the application effect and teachingpromotion role are relatively limited.In this regard,when the rural junior middle school Chinese teachers use the situational teaching method in composition teaching,the first is to establish the correct composition situation teaching ideas and concepts;the second is to improve the ability to grasp and use the situational teaching method;the third is to enrich the ways,methods and steps of creating classroom situations;the fourth is to strengthen goal orientation and process management.Only in this way can we highlight the subjective status of students,and make the situational teaching method use the local conditions and the appropriate measures in the composition teaching to promote the effective improvement of students' writing ability and quality.
