| A kindergarten collectivization refers to a preschool education community in which a high-quality kindergarten is run with a group of branches.It has a positive effect on solving the difficulty of entering a high-quality kindergarten.The headquarters of the group injects fresh blood and vitality into the branches by sharing its experience and resources so that the branches are able to develop rapidly,reaching an all-win result.But how to improve the quality of collectivized kindergartens while expanding the scale?The solution of the above problems is not only the starting point of realizing "fair and quality" education,but also the focal point of expanding the effect of preschool education group.This study Q group and Y group as an example,the author adopts the method of questionnaire,interview,case study and comparative research in this study to conduct surveys of parent satisfaction with education quality in the headquarters and branches.First of all,the author analyses the comparative between the parents of the Q group and Y group in headquarters and branches,respectively in the hardware quality,education and conservation quality,home-school communication quality on satisfaction,then concludes the differences of parents' satisfaction and in-depth analysis of the reason,finally put forward relevant suggestions to improve the quality of education of collectivization of kindergarten and parents satisfaction,promoting the development of collectivization kindergarten balanced,high-quality.The study shows that(1)the parents' satisfaction in the dimensions of institutional in the hardware quality,education and conservation quality,home-school communication quality of the head kindergarten of Q group is higher than that branch kindergarten,and the inter-garden difference is significant.(2)in addition to the fact that the head kindergarten is lower than the branch in terms of class capacity,the satisfaction of the head kindergarten is slightly higher than that of the branch kindergarten in terms of the professionalism of the teachers,stability,curriculum activities provided by the kindergarten and the quality of home communication,and there is a significantinter-kindergarten difference.On the basis of the combination of relevant personnel interview,respectively for the Q group and Y parents satisfaction low,analyzes the reason of it is concluded that the Q group in garden parents satisfaction low reasons include: lack of funding,the teachers troop is given priority to with young novice teachers,lack of refinement and standardized management,parent participation and cooperation degree is low.The reasons for the low parent satisfaction of Y group include: large class sizes still exist in the head kindergarten and sub-kindergarten,lack of teachers in sub-kindergarten,unstable teacher team,insufficient co-education work in sub-kindergarten,and deviation of parents' educational concept in sub-kindergarten.At the end of this chapter,it is concluded that parents' satisfaction with the head kindergarten of Q group and Y group is higher than that of branches,and parents' satisfaction with Y group is higher than that of Q group.In view of this,the advantages and disadvantages of the models of "famous + new kindergarten" and "famous + civilian kindergarten" are summarized.Based on the above study,the author puts forward suggestions: first,the government should standardize the management of collectivized kindergartens,and the management mode of collectivized kindergartens should be optimized,and the construction of group culture and collectivized kindergartens should be further strengthened.Finally,parents and kindergartens should work together to achieve a good situation of home co-education. |
