Education practice is an important practical teaching activities to cultivate preschool teachers’ professional practice ability, and also the starting point of realizing teachers’ professional development. The evolution of the paradigm of teacher education has put forward higher requirements on the quality of undergraduate preschool education practice, But due to the influence of the traditional paradigm of teacher education, education practice has been neglected in the professional personnel training of preschool education. Problems such as single Practice content and form!less and unstable practice bases!Lack of practice guidance!inefficient evaluation exist in educational practice, Which greatly affected the cultivation of students practice teaching ability and future professional growth. Therefore, there is an urgent need to clarify the realistic predicament of undergraduate preschool professional education facing.With the development of teaching quality of higher education, students as the recipients of higher education, whose subject status and evaluation of students’ rights has gradually attracted extensive attention. But in current higher education service quality evaluation system of China, evaluation rights of college student have been ignored. In view of this, we attempts to take student satisfaction as a research perspective to explore the quality difficulties of undergraduate preschool educational practice.In view of the fact that the effect of higher education will not be immediately apparent, so this study selects new kindergarten teachers as respondent, and try to explore the quality difficulties of undergraduate preschool educational practice in ! reflection_practice" paradigm of Teacher Education. For theoretical research, this study builds dimensions of evaluation which aims at testing new kindergarten teachers satisfaction towards educational practice. For empirical research, this study builds satisfaction index system through interview, and organizes questionnaire which tests new kindergarten teachers satisfaction towards education practice. the results of the survey shows: Firstly, new kindergarten teachers overall satisfaction only reaches the general level. Secondly, among all the educational practice services, new kindergarten teachers satisfaction towards practice content is lowest, teachers satisfaction towards practice bases is highest. Thirdly, major image, practice content, practice guidance are the service projects which need to be improved urgently, practice organization and management is a service project which needs to be improved too.Based on the above conclusions, it is urgent to improve students satisfaction. Establishing a "practice_ reflection" teaching practice view ! speeding up the improvement of educational practice services ! Smoothing complain channels for students are effective strategies to enhance the quality of undergraduate preschool education practice.
