Preschool education is an important part of the educational system which plays a crucial role in the healthy growth and future development of children.In2017,the government work report proposed that we should develop fair and quality education and increase the supply of preschool education resources in a multichannel way.Pang Lijuan,the vice president of China Education Policy Research Institute,proposed that "in recent years,although preschool education has made significant progress,it is still the weakest link in the education system".Therefore,how to provide quality preschool education is a problem that must be solved now.At present,the public preschool education resources in China are still very short,and the preschool education collectivization is put forward in this context.It is mainly one of the important organizational forms of expanding and optimizing preschool education resources,realizing the fair,fair and optimal integration of public preschool education resources.This study is organized by the public preschool education group,based on the practical difficulties and problems in the exhibition,we put forward some strategies and suggestions to promote the development of public preschool education collectivization.This will have a great impact on public kindergartens.If the public preschool education does not continue to reform,it will lose its original position.This study uses literature analysis method,field observation method and interview survey method to sort out the related theories of public preschool education collectivization,through investigation and interview and other methods to understand the existing problems in the current public preschool education group development.For example,the public preschool education funds are seriously inadequate,Preschool education resources are scarce,unable to achieve fair and equitable distribution,and there are still some loopholes in the safety management of public preschool education.The main reasons for these problems are the single development model of the public preschool education group,the unbalance of economic development among different regions and the weak awareness of security in preschool education and so on.Therefore,we need to explore the strategy of continuous development of public Preschool Education Collectivization from the background of the current preschool education environment.And drawing on the successful experience of the development of preschool education group at home and abroad,some suggestions are put forward to promote the continuous development of public Preschool Education Collectivization in order to provide reference for the development of preschool education in China.
