| With the rapid and sustained development of China's economy, population migration and flow are not only expanding in scale, but also changing in stages in terms of migration direction and regional distribution. In recent years, urban agglomeration has gradually become the main spatial form of China's regional economic development and new urbanization, and the change of population and economic spatial pattern is one of the most important research contents in the process of urban agglomeration development. The Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration is an important part of urban agglomeration in northeast China. It is also an important driving force for accelerating the process of new-type urbanization and high-quality economic development in northeast China. Therefore, this paper takes the Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration as the research object, and analyzes the spatial pattern evolution of population and economic development in the Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration from the perspective of population and economic distribution evolution, correlation and spatial pattern evolution. There are obvious differences in population size among different regions in the Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration, but there is a trend of negative growth and expanding scale. The economic aggregate of all regions has been increasing, but the growth rate has slowed down obviously.Using ArcGIS software to Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration of population geographic concentration within the scope of urban agglomeration and economic geographical concentration, can be found that the population agglomeration mainly in capital cities and the minority economy is relatively developed or behind the urban population changes is given priority to,agglomeration economy mainly in provincial capital city and part of the economy is relatively developed or population agglomeration degree change evident in the city. The study of population center and economic center of Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration and its evolution process shows that the population center and economic center of Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration are close to each other.Compared with the population center, the economic center of Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration is relatively to the southwest. From 2008 to 2018,both of them have moved slightly and moved in the same direction, located in Fuyu,Jilin Province. To further explore the internal relation and its changing process of the spatial distribution relationship between population and economy,a spatial autocorrelation model is introduced.Using GeoDa software rendering index of population and economic global Moran's I scatter plot, can be found that in 2008 and 2018,population Moran's I index scatterplot, scattered points mainly concentrated in the second quadrant, located in the second quadrant and the fourth quadrant points more than the first and the third quadrant, this shows that the population agglomeration degree of each city in Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration is quite different, and there is a phenomenon of population loss; The Moran's I index scatter chart of economic aggregates in 2008 and 2018 basically focuses on the second quadrant, which indicates that the economic development of all cities in the Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration is unbalanced, and also reflects the poor spatial relevance of the economic development of all cities and the lack of radiating driving effect on the surrounding areas.According to the geographical concentration of urban population and economic geography concentration,no consistency coefficient of the population and economy, and can be divided into population concentration is lower than economic agglomeration, roughly the same population and economic agglomeration and population concentration higher than economic offer three types, each type with different distribution of cities in the development of features.Further use of the local autocorrelation index, analysis of urban agglomeration spatial distribution of population and economy, long correlation is found,Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration spatial distribution of population and economy long-term performance for low-low(L-L)gather momentum, shows that the population agglomeration and the degree of economic agglomeration are relatively low,and there is the problem of loss of population and economic development is slow. There are many factors affecting the population and economic agglomeration of Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration, which are mainly reflected in three aspects: location conditions, industrial structure and policy factors. Therefore,Changchun and Harbin should be taken as the core to actively promote the industrial upgrading of cities in the Harbin and Changchun urban agglomeration and strengthen their radiation and driving effect on the surrounding areas. |
