Marriage and employment,as two very important events in one's life,will have an important impact on one's real situation and emotional state.At present,under the macro background of social transformation,the labor participation rate of women outside the system is constantly decreasing.And with the gradual opening of the birth policy,the impact of women as the main body of birth is far greater than that of men,and women are facing more intense family work conflict.In this context,there are two phenomena.On the one hand,some women have the idea of quitting the labor market,focusing on being housewives and taking the responsibility of family care.On the other hand,some women are afraid of marriage and childbearing because they are worried that marriage and childbearing will affect their career development.They choose to marry later and have children later or not.But through the preliminary data analysis,we can find that marriage and employment play an important role in women's wellbeing.This is because employment and marriage bring not only pressure and conflict,but also means of social support and integration.From the three theoretical perspectives of life course,social support and social integration,this paper uses the survey data of cgss2015 to analyze which factors will affect women's well-being.Through the hypothesis test of model construction,it is found that the social support and social integration factors provided by employment and marriage will have a positive impact on women's well-being.Based on the above analysis,this paper believes that to improve women's wellbeing from the perspective of marriage and employment,on the one hand,we should pay attention to the role of marriage,encourage the inclusion of remarriage choices made by divorcees,and be alert to the psychological harm of marriage fragmentation to women.And through the development of social care,the introduction of male family care to reduce the family burden of women,in order to weaken the fear of marriage of single women.On the other hand,to protect women's employment rights and interests,employment can provide women with important social support and integration factors,so we should protect the legitimate rights and interests of female employees,and eliminate the objective factors and subjective ideas of women's withdrawal from the labor market.
