Only Child Primary School Students In Liangxi District Research On The Behavior Of Sports Activities And Its Influencing Factors

Early in the last century,in the late 70 s and early 80 s,China implemented the family planning policy in order to reduce population pressure.The only child is a special group born under the family planning policy.According to incomplete statistics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,the size of the only child population in China is close to 200 million,reaching 500 million in 2050.In the next 10 to 20 years,the only child is still the main group in primary school.In recent years,although the government attaches great importance to the work of students' physique and has launched relevant policies,students' physical condition is still not optimistic.(1)The only child primary school students in Liangxi District pay little attention to the knowledge of sports activities,but the ways to acquire the knowledge of sports activities are diversified.They have a wide understanding of the content of sports activities knowledge,a high awareness of sports activities knowledge,but the use of sports activities knowledge is general.(2)The purpose of physical activity of the only child primary school students in Liangxi district is mainly to improve their physical fitness,and only 47.4% and 37.4% of the groups are very interested in physical activities and sports programs,which is not optimistic;the students' feelings of participating in physical activities are quite in place,but there are some differences,especially the lowest recognition of "physical exercise helps to improve learning efficiency",only 46.8%(3)The sports activities of the only child primary school students in Liangxi district are unsatisfactory.The development of the weekly sports plan of primary school students is far better than that of winter and summer vacation;there are many sports,mainly swimming and ball games,Boys mainly play big ball games,girls mainly play small ball games;primary school students take part in sports activities 3-4 times a week,but the number is still low,only 42.1%,boys are slightly better than girls;the proportion of groups who take part in sports activities for more than 31 minutes is the highest,46.3%,also less than half;the intensity of each sports activity is the most moderate group The intensity of sports activities is good,and the way of sports activities is mainly with family members.(4)The cognition and attitude,cognition and behavior,attitude and behavior of the only child primary school students in Liangxi district are all highly correlated,but some boys are lack of sports attitude,but sports behavior is prominent.(5)The higher the education level of parents,the more balanced the category of sports knowledge their children are concerned about,and the smaller the difference;the higher the education level of parents,the higher the degree of their children's use of sports knowledge(warm-up before running);the higher the education level of parents,the higher the degree of their children ' Their children's attention to sports knowledge is relatively low.(6)If the parents are workers,their children have the lowest interest in sports activities and sports programs,the degree of participation in sports activities and the purpose of participation in sports;if the parents are enterprise managers and workers,2.7% and 2.3% of the children disagree that "sports exercise helps to improve mood",if the parents are workers,4.5% of the children disagree that "sports exercise helps to improve body and mind",and 2.3% of the children disagree that "sports exercise helps to improve body and mind" Children do not agree that "physical exercise helps to improve interpersonal relationship",6.8% of children do not agree that "physical exercise helps to improve learning efficiency".
