With the development of basic education reform and college entrance examination in China,the research and practice of critical thinking cultivation in senior high school chemistry teaching under the core quality of discipline has been paid much attention by education experts and front-line teachers.The newly published "high school chemistry curriculum standards" and "China college entrance examination evaluation system" both regard critical thinking as one of the core literacy index.By the use of questionnaire survey,literature research,statistical analysis,case study and observation,this study carried out the following four aspects of research:First,study literature to understand the critical thinking status of high school students;Clarify the relationship between core accomplishment and critical thinking in chemistry;Analyze the form of critical thinking in the college entrance examination.Second,prepare the critical thinking test papers and the students' classroom observation forms,then carry out the test and analyze the results.Third,put forward training strategies from the aspect of teachers and students,teachers should improve their own quality,change their thinking,make full use of the teaching materials,and innovate after class practice.Students should master the teaching materials,participate in teaching activities actively,think independently,realize the defects of thinking,and learn the excellent way of thinking from others.Fourth,select two classes with similar final exam scores to carry out practice and compare the results.Conclusion: the classroom atmosphere becomes more active when the cultivation strategy is integrated into the teaching.The comprehensive ability of students is improved and their core quality is developed.Innovation: The first is to put forward the cultivation strategy of critical thinking in high school chemistry teaching under the background of discipline core literacy.Second,the cultivation strategy is integrated into teaching practice,takingcritical thinking as teaching and evaluation objective;Third,the preparation of test papers and observation tables,and the use of questionnaire survey method,observation method to verify the effect.
